Characterized by a mellow umami flavor, a smooth texture, and a rich aroma. We use 100% locally grown rice called 'Hyakuden'.

Made exclusively from fully matured Chardonnay grapes harvested in Yamagata Prefecture. After an 11-month aging process on the lees and batonnage, it develops a rich taste and acidity.
