If you have any questions regarding the press registration procedures, on-site press services, media partnerships etc. the following set of Q&As may help you find the answers to your questions.

Q1: How can I find out who is exhibiting?

A: You can search for exhibitors and information about their exhibits on Exhibitor/Product Search. It will be available online around 3 months prior to the opening of the show.

Q2: I would like to interview the exhibitors. How should I proceed?

A: Please contact the exhibitors directly. Appointment requests can also be made via Exhibitor/Product Search.

Q3: I would like to visit the show for coverage. Where and how can I register as a press visitor?

A: Please visit “Press Registration” page and follow the procedure.

Once the registration is confirmed you will receive an e-mail directly from Show Management about the on-site registration procedures at the press room. Once you have registered on-site, you will receive a press badge which will allow your entry into the show to carry out press activities. If you have not completed your online registration in advance, Show Management may decline your on-site registration, so please ensure to register online in advance.

Q4: Will I need to register at the press room on each of the show dates?

A:  Once you completed the registration, you will receive a press badge which is valid throughout all 3 days.

Q5: I am interested in interviewing the show organiser for my article. How can I arrange a meeting?

Q6: Will the floor map be ready to view before the show?

A: It will be available online around 2 weeks prior to the opening of the show.

Q7: Does Show Management provide VISA support for press visitors?

A: Show Management does not support VISAs for press visitors. Please refer to the "Guide to Japanese Visas" on the website of The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan https://www.mofa.go.jp/j_info/visit/visa/. Please note that the necessity of a visa varies by nationality of the visitors. For particular details, please contact your nearest Japanese diplomatic mission directly.

Q8: I have already registered via the online "Press Registration" form but would like to make some changes to the submitted information. How can I make the relevant changes?

A: Please contact the PR representatives of the show and clearly state the information you would like to change.

Q9: I would like to take some photographs and film the show, will I need to register for this seperately?

A: Upon on-site registration at the press room, please collect an arm band from the receptionist and wear it at all time when carrying out any photography or filming. If you would like to take a bird's eye view photo or video of the show ground, please contact the PR representatives of the show in advance.

Q10: How can I recieve the show's official name, official logo, photo data?

A: Visit our official homepage or "Download Logo" page.

Q11: Are there any hotels near the venue?

A: Visit the following hotel information website for details (Please note that almost all of the hotels near the show venue are expected to be fully booked around the show dates. Show Management recommend press visitors to book their accommodation for the show in advance.) .Reservations for hotels can be made online.

Q12: Is there free Wi-Fi available at the show?

A: Free Wi-Fi will be available at the press room and at the overseas lounge. Please ask for the ID and Password at the press room.

Q13: I would like to become a media partner of the show. How can I proceed?
